How long does it typically take to fill a role?
Most roles are filled within 30-45 days from our kickoff. Senior roles (VP/Head level) may take 45-60 days given the smaller talent pool and more extensive evaluation process. Team Building Partnership clients typically see 25-35 days per role due to proactive pipeline building.
What if we're not sure exactly what role we need?

Our discovery process is designed to bring clarity to exactly what type of role you need, what they should own, and how to structure the role for success. We can also offer this as a standalone consultation if you're not ready to move forward with a search.
Do you work on a contingency or engagement basis?
We offer both models depending on the role and your needs. Essential Search is pure contingency (you only pay when we successfully place someone). Premium Search includes a small engagement fee plus contingency. Team Building Partnership operates on a quarterly retainer model. We'll recommend the best structure during our consultation based on your situation.
